Support for veterans

Find out what support is available to veterans. 

Veterans Team

If you are a veteran or serving Armed Forces personnel, we can help you and your family with issues such as: 

  • housing, 
  • employment, 
  • benefits, and 
  • debt.

Royal British Legion

The Royal British Legion support serving and ex-service people and their families who are suffering financially. They can also help those who need urgent help with a temporary crisis, such as homelessness.

Change Step 

Change Step​ is a support service delivered by veterans, for veterans. They can offer peer mentoring and help to access services including: 

  • support with mental health, 
  • support with substance misuse, 
  • criminal justice, and 
  • housing advice.
