20 November - 18 December 2023.
14 June – 23 July 2021.
We are relocating Willows High School. This presents an exciting opportunity for you to help shape the future of the school.
We want to hear your views and we want to hear as many views as possible. We especially want to hear the views of children and young people, who will be play an important role in developing a new vision for the school.
This six week non-statutory engagement process will give pupils, the school, parents and the wider community the chance to have a say on how the new school could be developed to meet the needs of the community it serves.
Your views and opinions are valued. They will play an integral part in shaping the future for the school including not only the development of the new building but also the provision of a new curriculum as well as a potential rebrand.
What will be provided
The project will provide state-of-the-art educational facilities in a brand new building in a new location.
Pupils will have access to a quality learning environment and associated facilities.
This will support and enhance teaching and learning.
There will also be improved sports facilities.
This will be a school for the community and facilities will be made available for use by the whole community.
Pupils will remain at the existing Willows High School until the new school build is ready. We aim to keep disruption to the pupil’s education to a minimum.
