The Council has a statutory obligation to prepare and publish a Wellbeing Report under the Well-being of Future Generations Act (Wales) 2015 and the Local Government and Elections Act (Wales) 2021.
The Wellbeing Report is an assessment of the Council’s performance against its Wellbeing Objectives. It forms an integral part of Cardiff Council's Strategic Planning and Performance Management arrangements which ensures that there is a clear alignment between policy, performance, finance, risk and governance.
